Choose Your Portafilter Fit System

Size-Specific Versions

Some ZIRKUS tamping stations are offered in two separate fit options:

  • 51mm/53mm Version
  • 58mm Version

Choose the version that matches your portafilter setup. The combined 51mm/53mm version is designed for selected portafilter heads within the supported dimensions, while the 58mm version provides a larger support opening.

Interchangeable Adapter Ring Versions

Selected tamping stations include two removable support rings. Install the appropriate ring in the portafilter holder before use, allowing the same station body to support different portafilter size configurations.

Compatibility Notice

Portafilter size alone does not guarantee fit. Compatibility may also depend on the portafilter head diameter, locking-ear shape, handle angle and spout design. Please compare the station dimensions and adapter-ring specifications with your portafilter before ordering.

Stable Tamping & Organized Puck Preparation

A well-designed tamping station provides a stable surface for supporting the portafilter during puck preparation. By keeping the portafilter more secure, it can help you maintain a more controlled tamping position while reducing movement on the countertop.

Different layouts also provide dedicated storage for tampers, distributors, WDT tools, puck screens and other espresso accessories. Keeping your essential tools together helps create a cleaner, more organized workflow from dosing and distribution to tamping and extraction.

Stable Portafilter Support

The shaped support area helps hold compatible portafilters in place while tamping. This provides a more stable working position and helps protect the portafilter and countertop from direct contact with hard surfaces.

Organized Tool Storage

Dedicated holes and accessory slots keep frequently used espresso tools within easy reach. Choose the layout based on the number and size of tools in your puck-preparation routine.
